The Annapurna 100 is a footrace up to the mountains of Nepal with courses of 100 km and 50 km. The race is in its 13th year. This year the course has shifted to Mardi Himal. Starting in Dhampus, athletes race up to Mardi Himal Trek High Camp, to fabulous views of Machapuchare (Fishtail peak) and then back down to Dhampus. The 100 km runners continue for a tour of the valley around the villages of Ghachok and Lahachok before returning to be greeted at the finish in Dhampus.
